ERIN ALLEN

Erin Allen is an artist and communicator, driven by her curiosity about the stories of people. She has a dynamic background in audio, and she's currently the host of Curious City at WBEZ. She has voiced, hosted and produced multimedia projects at Chicago Public Media, Michigan Public, WDET, Pizza Shark Productions and Homemade Media, to name a few. She has also produced audio-based events, including the Detroit Podcast Festival and Radio Campfire. Her passion for social justice and art have led her to spaces like Allied Media Projects and Stone Soup Housing Cooperative. With spare time, Erin dances her heart out at DJ sets and binges science fiction media of the Octavia Butler persuasion.
